YOUR CHANCE TO

CONNECT WITH US!

6 Social teachers and select students from grades 4 - 12 can participate in a full day workshop opportunity to develop abilities in public speaking, digital literacy and story telling skills.

In the workshop, students will create a pitch related to the community based problem and solution that they have been working on in their classrooms. The day will culminate in selected student teams sharing their pitch in front of a live audience and panel of educational and community experts.

Prizes for the best pitch and audience participation will be awarded.

8:00 - 9:00 AM

This morning, 6 Social teachers from Holland and Canada will share the transformative learning experiences of their spec ed. students as they gained resilience and a greater capacity for self-advocacy.

Join teachers from the Orion School in the Netherlands and artist educators from Learning Through the Arts in this hands-on, BYOD workshop. Once you introduce this 6 Social process to your classrooms, your students’ engagement in their learning will never be the same.
